Refund policy

There is a NO refund policy. Store credit only.

To be eligible for a credit your item must be damaged. 

To start a return you can contact us at: KravingTingz@gmail.com. I will respond within 24 hours.

You can always contact us for any return questions at KravingTingz@gmail.com.

*Damaged Items*

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Taking a screenshot of the item or items is a fast way to speed up this process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

*Exchanges*

The fastest way to receive your exchange is to take a screenshot of the items and email it to: KravingTingz@gmail.com. And within 24 hours I'll respond with New tracking information along with the new expected arrival date.
